Haven't said much on here in a while but what a bunch of jawing between UC and UCONN in football......UCONN talking paybacks and UC saying they should have been to a better bowl etc. etc. al.....

Know what I think it's great! Maybe a new rivalry in the making? I know UCONN is licking thier chops at the UC home date next year and I'm sure they have it circled.......I think it's great that the fans of both teams are jawing back and forth...we need new rivalries in the Big East to emerge and this may be one of them?

The gloves are definitely coming off more inside of the conference. It's nice to see the Big East just being able to enjoy fighting and having rivalries amongst ourselves instead of having to constantly defend ourselves.

I think that Rutgers really wants to beat both teams. Granted the UConn-RU rivalry is growing very big.

17th in one, 20th in the other

Looking forward to the UCONN/UC game this year. Last time UCONN almost won against UC at UCONN. We have a much better team this coming year. UC won't have Mauck or Nakamura so we definitely have a chance. Even if UC have Mauck, we still have a chance at home. UCONN has beat every team in the BE except Cincy and WVU.

I think Cincy/UCONN could become a great rivarly.

I always viewed UCONN has a bunch of rich/spoiled/etc people living out east while Cincy has that blue collar "out-work the competition" mentality.

Of course I went to UC.

In reality there all types of people at UCONN and UC all across the board...too difficult to stereotype.

Nonetheless...after this season, the UCONN game means a little more to this Bearcat.
