Question for Louisville fans
Any scoop on Tony Levine? He will be our special teams coach. He comes to Houston from the Carolina Panthers, but his previous stop was Louisville.

He actually played WR at Minnesota when our new head coach Sumlin was WR coach there.

RE: Question for Louisville fans
I remember him as competent and detail-oriented. I think he has some OLB coaching experience, too.

RE: Question for Louisville fans
Levine was with Petrino for a few years, and before them previous coach John L. Smith had a lot to do with coaching the Special Teams.

A lot of Card fans felt our Special Team play dropped off after Smith left, but I think a lot of Card fans also attributed this more to Petrino not giving as much attention to Special Teams rather then the Speical Teams coach.

I honestly don’t know enough about Levine to say yeah or ney one way or the other.
