I haven't watched UT play much this season, but their play in this game is just plain dirty. They have gone after the Wisc. qb by spearing him in the head and hitting him late after he throws the ball. They finally got a call after a Tenn d lineman threw a forearm across his head after a pass. Is this typical of the type of play from UT?

Who knows but at least Wisconsin is closer than I was afraid they would be at half. I was fearing a but kicking administered by UT.

UT's Berry ends every play leading with his helmet.

Kinda watching. Hope Cincy can get a win at Loooisville today.

nope, watching the insane snowfest hockey game on NBC. Pretty amazing scenery.

UT is playing........... The NHL should play all their games that would be possible to be played outdoors- outdoors.
When I played hockey in Sault Ste. Marie H.S. in Michigan we played mostly outside. When we did play in the indoor rink it was only because we had to. More seating in the outdoor rink.
You do freeze your A$$ off though.
Remember one football game against Soo Canada that it snowed so hard that they had to sweep the sidelines and yard marker lines so we knew were we where on the field. The Frozen Tunder, gotta love it.
I'd like to know what everyone did for tailgate breakfast.................... Probably had some snowmobile racing going down...

Does the NHL play 11 months out of the year? It seems that there is alwasy some crappy hockey game on somewhere.

I was 2 years old at the time, but recall seeing numerous stories on it throughout the 70's.

1968 AFL New York Jets v Oakland Raiders. NBC switched to "Heidi" with less than two minutes remaining in the game, NY Jets ahead (Naimath qb). NBC switched to the scheduled movie "Heidi" after the movie started Oakland scored 14 pts and won the game. That game changed all future NFL TV contracts.

It's funny now...They had an audience of beer-swilling males and swithced the broadcast to "Heidi".

You are correct, there are things I care deeply about with the orange place.

I care about how much of my tax money gets sucked up by that crappy orange school at the expense of other universities in my state, I care if a giant sinkhole opens up beneath campus and swallows it's overfunded programs whole, I care whether the pollution in kville coats every living organism with a layer of fine yellow carcinogenic dust, I care whether their posters come here and bother us, I care about a lot of things connected to that enormous pile of orange excrement.
