Nevada/Hawai'i showdown -- BIG!
I'm talking Volleyball, of course. ;-)
I watched Nevada take apart USU, and although I'm certainly not a VB expert, I thought they looked much improved over an earlier showing against SJSU. A friend who's a regular said that's the best he's seen them play.
Realistically, Nevada is still a huge underdog. They've been inconsistent this year, and have built their 4-0 conference record at home. Nonetheless, could be interesting.
GO PACK!!

In front of 10,000 people no less. That should be an interesting match with that many people. Whoever can beat Hawaii for their first WAC loss it should make major news

Unfortunately for us, this would be your best shot to get a win against us. We haven't been nearly as good as we have in the past. Hopefully it will be enough to go undefeatd in the WAC, but Nevada and NMSU will give us a hell of a challenge.

Another one bites the dust!
Hawaii wins 30-23, 30-20, 30-25.
I actually am worried about the games in Reno and @Las Cruces though.

Despite this being a bit of a down year for Hawai'i, this week showed there's still a HUGE gap between them and everyone else.
Nevada is now 2-6 away from home (with Montana St being their only true road win). With 7 WAC road matches remaining, the Wolf Pack better find a way to win quickly, or they'll be hoping for a miracle come WAC tourney time. Next up is @San Jose St, whose 1-4 conference record is deceptive. That looks to be a key match for determining whether Nevada can hang with NMSU.
FWIW, here's my shot at ranking the WAC:
1. Hawai'i
------------
2. NMSU (despite the L @Reno)
3. Nevada
------------
4. Idaho (was their OOC schedule really that tough?)
5. USU
6. SJSU (looked better than USU to me, but lost in Logan, so...)
7. BSU
------------
8/9. La Tech/Fresno
