Question for the board.
Will BSU go undefeated this year? Most BSU fans will probably say yes, but it's tough to do. Imo they will have a surprise stumble before this season ends. Heck as of this posting, who knows what type of game La Tech will play? One thing is for sure, after playing against the big boys this season, La Tech won't be in awe.

My gut feeling is no, but I watched the first half of their game with Utah, and based on that, I have to say they probably will.

---------------------------------------------------------------

La Tech may not be in awe, but they've gotta be shell-shocked. They'll have to hit the motivational Kool-aid hard to stay in it.

@NMSU - I can see the Aggies putting a scare in them, but still way too much disparity pull it off. Showings against NM and UTEP were VERY impressive, but neither of those teams is near as good as Utah....

@Idaho - Ummmm. No. Not even in the barn.

Fresno St - If FSU can use the hope of a WAC title to revamp their motivation, they're capable of winning, even on the blue abomination. Hard to see at this point though.

@SJSU - could be a trap, but the Broncos are going to have memories of the pajama scare two years ago. Plus they have a week off to prepare.

Utah St - Uh...ouch!

@Nevada - In the past, Boise's had a tough time in Reno; unfortunately, it feels like that was when dinosaurs roamed the earth. The losing streak is at six, and Nevada hasn't come closer than 35 pts over that stretch. I'll go out on a limb, and guarantee that this will be the closest game since 1998. ;-)

I think there is about a 60% chance of the Broncos running the table.
If they do and they are rewarded with tha BCS bowl....it will be some big bucks for all the WAC schools.......

Well everytime something about going to a BCS bowl game comes up, they do something to trip themselves up so until they move past that I will say no they won't go undeafeted.

So true. But it's a different year and team and hopefully that's behind them. There is just a different air about the whole program this year. I cant' begin to explain what this coaching staff has done. I don't see a letdown this year so it will take a fired up Fresno, SJSU or Nevada, I can't see the others bringing enough this year (but I wouldn't bet on it).

From a probability perspective, Bob is probably close to right on with his 60% guess.

Fresno and Nevada both are scary.

La Tech in Boise? Forget about it.

Well we have to wait and see because until Boise can do that, then they will still have that label. Then if they go undeafeted well then the soft schedule talk will start.
