WAC vs. Pac-10
We play five games against the Pac-10 this week and what is most exciting is that three of the five are in the WAC houses. When has that ever happened? Is it possible that the WAC is getting some respect? 02-13-banana

Well most of them are contracts that were signed a while ago. Oregon is still suppose to come to Reno sometime in the next few years to make up a game that Oregon took from us.

I just think it happens to be the 2 or 1 deals or 1 for 1 deal and such are landing this year on WAC fields.

Washington State
Washington State is due to visit Spartan Stadium in the next couple of years. WAC seems to be getting more and more respect.

Washington St and Oregon St were no problems for Nevada to get one and ones with. Oregon wants 2 for 1s with us but they will come down here.

The rest of the Pac-10 I think is extremely tough to schedule for a return trip in mind.

Washington is the problem child of the northwest pac teams. We have a 1 for 1 with Oregon signed and just re-upped with Oregon St. We're in talks with Wazzu to renew our series too, but we have to go to Seattle next year and we didn't get a return game.

Go Dogs, beat the snot out of those ugly green unis...

HOw did the MWC do against the PAC 10 this past weekend? I am happily aware that BYWho lost to Arizona and the Utes lost. 05-stirthepot

We played them in Seattle I think the first year that new stadium opened and then a few years later they made the return trip here we didn't even play in Pullman. However Washington I think is the problem. They only want return trips from the big boys but from mid-majors they are interested in only money games I think. We all know what happened when Nevada took that money game a few years ago up there.
