KST is hot and X is not. A win against X gives you 11 noncon. wins. Baring injuries that puts KST into the dance. not bad for a first year coach on a team that has not been in 15 years!

Thats what kinda scares me. They do have some talent, and they just havent been playing well. I am afraid they are gonna break out against KSU like they used to always seem to do against UC. Theres nothing more dangerous than a good team playing bad. X has always had Huggs number. I hope there is alot of purple there.

X always seemed to rise to the occasion vs. UC while Huggs/AK were around, because they realized they had to match the toughness that their teams would bring. I'm not sure that they counted on UC's turned-over roster (returning only non-factor Ronald Allen and role player Cedric McGowan) being as tough as it was last week. Whether or not you guys like him, it's good to see Coach Cronin embracing the Huggs tradition.

Back to X, the over-privledged Mouskies are not used to being tough and scappy, and would prefer not to work for a win. But they realize with Huggs on the other side, they'd better bring it. Cage and Duncan are a given to play well, but the rest of the guys have to step up. Should be interesting to see how Burrell deals with being harrassed by Young or whoever Huggs puts in his grill. Judging on how he dealt with UC's Jamaul Warren, I'm not ready to put money on Burrell lmfao

Bill Walker is going to be a lot more acclimated by then. Just something to consider in your equation. Basically his first full week of practice before that game. I think it will make a big difference.
