And they are getting away from the rotating aspect of it as well, with the exception of a couple trips to Atlanta. Presumably the SEC will go to Nashville in those years. The three in bold can be optioned out by the conference, but then Greensboro is guaranteed the 2016 tourney

2008 - Charlotte, N.C.
2009 - Atlanta, Ga.
2010 - Greensboro, N.C.
2011 - Greensboro, N.C.
2012 - Atlanta, Ga.
2013 - Greensboro, N.C.
2014 - Greensboro, N.C.
2015 - Greensboro, N.C.

So the SEC is giving up Nashville in 2009 and 2012? That's surprising to me, as it seems to work as well as anywhere else for them.

The SEC has gone to the Super Dome in N.O. quite a bit as well.

I think I'd rather see BC and Duke. 03-lmfao

You mean the SEC is giving up Atlanta? I presume so. The thing is that they listed the cities involved, not the sites and I am assuming that the SEC & ACC tourneys will not be in the same city, though its possible (SEC = Georgia Dome, ACC = Phillips Arena). Although if you look at that, the ACC would be foolish to do that. The ACC is essentially saying that our league is only good enough for an arena while the SEC can fill up a fair part of a dome.
