Is Obama suffering from FOOT IN MOUTH DISEASE???

Obama statement at SC rally:

"The name of my cousin Dick Cheney won't be on the ballot," Obama added, a reference to their more than 300-year-old, distant family connection. "That was some embarrassing stuff when that came out."

Why make this remark? There was no need to reference their extremely distant family connection other than to pander to the extreme left wing Democrats.

To paraphrase one of my favorite democrats, the late Paul Tsongas,

He's a Pander Bear.

Chenney should be ashamed that his family has a extreme leftwing liberal in it. That is some embarrassing stuff!!!

I think Obama is the one who should be embarassed that Cheney is related to him. Cheney is a disgrace to this country.

That Dick should shrivel up and just fade away....I would have never preDICKted that he would have turned out to have been so incompetent as a VP and advisor to GW.

Obama was making a joke out of the recently released news that chickenhawk dick was a distant relative. Had to be embarrassing for Obama, at least he's making light of it; being related to that incompetent lying sack of feces would be hard for anyone to live down. I'll bet they won't be hunting anytime soon.
