I hate the Vols, love the Cowboys, have since the 60's. That's what we were able to pick up via the airwaves before cable.
Who's your favorite NFL team?

Plus he is a ole University of Tennessee at Chattanooga guy.
Lol...Coached by Tommy West...
Well I think TW coached at UT Chatt in 1993 then went to Clemson.
Think TO went to the NFL in 1996.
TO is a talented guys just don't like everything he's been involved in off field.
I wasn't guessing. Tommy West was his coach.

Quote:t was on the gridiron, however, where Terrell truly distinguished himself. An explosive receiver, he wore number 80 in honor of his hero, Rice. In his freshman year, he was used sparingly as a backup. In six games in 1992, Terrell caught six passes for 97 yards and a touchdown. When the Mocs finished 2-9, head coach Buddy Nix was shown the door.
Tommy West was hired to replace to Nix the following season, but didn’t have a whole lot to work with. One thing the new coach discovered was Terrell’s gamebreaking ability. The soph emerged as a starter, seeing time in all of UTC’s 11 games. For the season, he hauled in 38 passes for 724 yards and eight touchdowns. His biggest day came against Marshall, when he set a school record with four TDs. The Moccasins improved to 4-7, but just 2-6 in the Southern Conference. That wasn’t enough to save West’s job.

Actually TO has really behaved himself while in Dallas, especially this year. There seems to be a positive connection between him and Tony and Wade Phillips.

The only reason people like the Cowboys is because they were basically the only team ever on T.V. If you go up to so called Dallas fans and ask them to name five players more than likely they can't. Anyways, the Cowboys will get murdered in the Super Bowl so all you Cowboy fans bask in the glory until then. AFC is dominant and always will be. Go Titans!

Or it might have something to do with winning 5 Super Bowls, or having Hall of Fame players like Staubach, Dorsett, Lilly, Aikmann, Irving, Smith....I could go on. Did you ever wonder why they were on TV so much? So were the Steelers, the Raiders, the 49ers, those are the teams that drew the largest ratings, and were the best teams. Should they have been showing the Saints versus the Falcons?
Screw the Titans, I'll never root for a team with Tennesse in their name or a T on their helmet.

your life must be miserable right now.
I did like the Raiders for a long time, they were my AFL team from way back. Loved Stabler and that crew. Like watching Bo when he was there.

RE: NTR but GO COWBOYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nm
The girls came out ahead this game. I expect to see some fines coming out of the league office on some questionable hits. I do love how the official who didn't have the angle overturned the other official on the pick. With the replay rules as they were there was not enough there to correct the error. Even though the original call was correct and it was overturned on the field by an official with less to go on than what the replay official saw.
