College Football Season Over......
Next big day for College Football is the Letter-Of-Intent Day....February 1st this year. Anticipation!!!!!!!!!!
There will be over 500 Bronco fans at the LOI party this year carried live by the local Sports Radio Show.
Only 4 weeks away....
How do other WAC schools celebrate LOI day?
I take the whole day off of work to celebrate with other Bronco fans......

Bob, if they hold it where they did last year, a lot of us arn't going. It was
awful.
Anyone ever contacted the Crecent Bar, its large and has a lot of
TVs.

I don't think the non-smokers would be happy with that. Is there another place as large as the Crecent, but smoke free?

Has Hawkins leaving impacted Boise's recruiting at all?

In Hawaii, it's not a very big event.

The players usually sign their letters of Intent at a ceremony at their HS. The HS coaches then fax the LOI to the appropriate schools.

Not the verbals, Pete says they're all still committed (12), but 4-5 recruits that had us as 1 or 2 on their liist are now leaning to Colorado out of the blue, including a couple stellar RB's and big DL. All in all we should be ok, not a great class but a good one. We still have the highest rated QB we've ever recruited comitted (and that's not Hawkins' kid who has us 50-50 with Colorado) and some very talented LB's.

Seeing as we only lost 4 senior starters, it shouldn't hurt too bad. But we lack any depth at all at TB so those 2 do sting.

Part of my asthma constraints....can't be around smokers.....

plus most of the Bronco fans are lawyers, so they couldn't go either...

I kind of liked the Big Easy....a lot of fans can view the stage at one time...better than Busters....
