Come on Boise!
Boise just got the football back at midfield with 2 minutes left down by 6.

Come on Broncos. 04-rock

BSU made a goode effort in the second half.

Can't believe the INT at the end. I initially thought the BC player was a BSU player because the pass was thrown perfectly to him.

Good grief, haven't you watched the Broncos play all this year, we share the ball, pass to who ever is open, no matter who's side he is on.
The first half the Broncos played like they really didn't give a rats butt.
As the game progressed they played a little more agressive, but you don't play the 19th team in the nation and spot them 20+ points at half time.
Im so glad this season is over. Big loss to Georgia, making Boise and the WAC look like idiots. Then loss to OSU, mistakes and turnovers, loss to Fresno, looked like we never got off the bus, Coach leaves takes coachs with him, don't know how many of the recruits he will end up with, end of WAC win streak, end of home win streak, YA, its time for the season to end and start all over.
Next year isn't looking to bad, we will see.

GO BRONCOS GO WAC

I'm stunned. Boise *always* seems to win the WAC close games. Yet when it comes to BCS teams, they just can't do it. (When they do beat BCS teams they just blow them out)

Zabransky seems very Timmy Chang'esque in that when things go a little off, he'll try to force something to happen--which causes more bad things to happen and it can just snowball--before you know it, you've thrown 4-5 interceptions...last year we just didn't see it because Boise was dominating everyone.

I wonder what Zabransky was thinking spiking the ball with 50 seconds left? Downs were more important than time. With 50 seconds left he could have huddled up and called a new play and then got to the line and snapped the ball quickly. If nobody is open throw the ball out of the back of the endzone. Keep taking shots in the endzone and on 4th down just force the ball in there and maybe you will get lucky.

Poor game management by Zabransky at the end.

Important stats:

1. Each team fumbled twice: only Boazy lost one.
2. BC ran the ball, not overpoweringly, but just well enough: Boazy couldn't run the ball at all.

Boazy's home magic almost worked: get a runback, get the ball back, but there just wasn't quite enough time.

Chins up, my Donk brothers! BC was a good team. Things would have to have gone almost perfectly for Boazy to win.

I couldn't believe that Boise would pass with a first down on the five yard line. Boise has a good O line and a stable of good backs. 4 running plays to get in to the endzone would have been a safe call and a slam dunk for a touchdown. Like Woody Hayes used to say, "When you put the ball in the air one of three things can happen, two of which are bad". 03-weeping

When you run the ball only 4 things can happen and 3 of them are bad..

You can gain yardage..good
you can be held to no gain..bad
you can lose yardage...bad
you can fumble...bad

Rick babe, did you not see the stats on this game? Boazy couldn't run for shinola in this game.

Let's not second-guess. They just ran out of time. That's all.
