Could you talk a little bit about what you thought of tonight's events?
"It was great. It was a beautiful atmosphere. I could fall in love with this quick. I'm in a rush to get here now. I might run here from graduation in my cap and gown straight here."

Were you surprised at all by the atmosphere and turn out here?
"Yeah, a little bit. I knew it would be good, but I didn't know it would be this crowded, this amped up. I'm just in love. I'm ready to play."

What about the other recruits here and the type of guys K-State is recruiting in your class?
"Beasley is just Beasley. He's just a big-time player. We're trying to get Dominique to commit after this weekend and get it over with so we can have a nice recruiting class with those guys and Fred (Brown) and Bill Walker coming in January. We're ready to play, ready to come in and win. Just ready to help."

Could you describe yourself as a player a little bit?
"I just try to do it all. I can shoot it from long range. I can push the fast break. I like to get everybody involved. I play defense. I'm competitive. I win. That's the only thing I'm worried about, winning. If I have five points and 10 assists, it doesn't matter. If we win, I'm happy. That's me."

DOMINIQUE SUTTON
What were you impressions of everything tonight?
"It inspired me a little bit. You've got all the fans and Bob Huggins first year here. The support he had was great. Hopefully, if I do decide to come here, I could make a big impact. It kind of got to me tonight."

What is your status right now? Where do you stand with K-State?
"I'm thinking about my family. Having a little daughter I need to make the best decision for her, me and my family as well. That's probably what it comes down to."

What other schools are you seriously looking at?
"Obviously here at Kansas State, Kansas, Oklahoma and Illinois. Those are my top four. I have others, but those are the ones I've narrowed it down to."

Do you know when you want to make a decision by? Do you want to sign early?
"Yeah. I want to sign early to get it over with, save me the stress and such. I've kind of talked to my family about what I should do, and I talked with my coach. He told me with the four schools I'm looking at, I can't really go wrong. I just need to sign early and be done with it. I'm going to take his advice and roll with it."

do you know where his daughter lives now? Which of the 4 listed schools are close. could he bring her with him? Sutton would be a heck of a sign.

I imagine his daughter lives with him in NC, so location wouldnt really make a difference. Im guessing he meant, the best decision as far as being able to get to the next level to provide for his daughter. The good thing is, coming in you know hes going to be all buisness and will want to get better as he has a daughter to provide for.
