I saw the UT has remodeled TBA . I read their message board and their fans think that TBA is now the best area in all of basketball . That what Pearl is selling to the orange mob. These people live in a fantasy world . TBA is a dump when compared to FedEx Forum or any other NBA facility .

It's obviously not the nicest arena in basketball (as a whole). FedEx Forum is nicer, but the new Scoreboard at TBA is one of the nicest in the nation. The new Loge seats and Luxury seats are absurdly nice. The renovation really made this one of the best college basketball arenas in the nation. I was there tonight for the 106-46 win, and it was beautiful. Not to mention they took out the orange seats, and put in new black seats. It really brings out the orange in other parts of the arena (not nearly as much orange as before)...

And as for EW, oh well. We didn't get him. I wish him well. I hope K doesn't ruin him too much. He has NBA talent.

Who am I kidding. Most Tiger fans (me included) would kill for something similar on our campus. Fedex Forum is a great professional/corporate arena but it's not a college arena. I do think it will happen here within the next 10 years.

As far as I'm concerened, I could give a rats a-- what utk does. They blow out a div.2 school, big f-ing deal. I won't think about utk until they come to town to play the Tigers. Until then, f-em.

also, TBA is not a "dump" when compared ot NBA arenas. It is much nicer than the Pyramid ever was. The only real problem with TBA is the outside is ugly as sin... but most BB arenas built in the mid 80s are ugly as sin on the outside. On the inside it's rather comparable to most NBA arenas.

Uh, if you call putting bleacher seats in the nosebleed section (to cram in as much people as possible so that UK doesn't beat UT in capacity) is comparable to most NBA arenas, then you haven't been to many NBA arenas.
