Gee I wonder why they put this on ESPNU maybe because the biggest cable companies in New Jersey, Connecticut, the New York metro, and southeastern New England are Comcast and Cablevision and neither carry ESPNU.

This ESPNU sh!t's getting to be a joke. I thought ESPN was basically becoming "our network" (according to some). BE games seem to me back on the bottom of the hamper.

ESPNU

Near the top of the page there is a form to send an electronic petition to Comcast. I don't know if it helps but if many BE fan sent it in there could be an impact.

I know WVU missed several good shows last year. I think women's bb was on ESPNU and there was a WVU-Pitt game there too.[/b]

Actually it seems like ESPN is using the soaring interest in Big East football games to push irate subscribers into bombarding their local cable providers with demands for all of the ESPN networks that are not currently available on those systems. It sucks for people who want to watch their teams games this year but, if what ESPN looks to be doing pays off, it will reap huge dividends in future seasons.

Freaking blows. UCONN/RU deserves to be on national TV. There will be plenty of interest in the Tri state area when both are doing good. This game has BE championship implications.

ESPNU blows. I paid for ESPN Game plan and I still don't get ESPN U games. I am not upgrading to DISH's silver package just to get ESPN U.

I am so happy that the Tampa Bay area got ESPNU this offseason because there were a lot of USF games on that channel in where I had to go to a sports bar to be able to pick up ESPNU. Glad that many college football fans in the area kept complaining to our cable network to get it done.

Yeah here in Central New York we have Time Warner cable and they just started offering ESPNU. I got to watch a lot of South Florida games to check them out , needless to say what I saw was a team the Orange are going to have trouble with.
