If they fire him after 3 seasons, it will only make if harder to hire another quality head coach to replace him because it looks like they don't give a coach a chance and what quality coach would step into that meat grinder? He'll get one more season, but if he doesn't produce a decent season, he'll be out faster than s**t though a goose.
