First, do you actually understand the game, the ins and outs, why its a penalty, why it's not. The reason you take a smart penalty, what offsides is, why it was offside. What Icing is and why it's good and bad. What the strategy of both offence and defence are. When you can legitimately tell me "YES" to all of the above and you still "HATE" hockey, OK. But not until.

Not meaning to hound you KingBronco, but 99.5% of the ppl that I run into that say they "HATE HOCKEY", don't understand the game. Many have never watched a whole game and most have never been to a game. And if you don't understand something you can't "HATE" it. Because if you are taught the game then you just may like it.

I hate hockey too.
I have friends that play hockey and they talk hockey all the time.
I am a college sports fan and do not like the semipro sports that take fans away from the college games.

I don't hate hockey...in fact, I find it interesting.

However, I don't know that game. I don't understand icing, I don't understand offsides, and the other nuances. Because i don't understand the game, it doesn't keep my interest.
:snore:

I do watch the Steelies just to see how they do, though.

I just wish the the Hockey games would not conflict with Bronco events.

Whats it conflict with, I live in Lafayette, LA, so I can't get to Huntington all the time, but I know the games I can't watch on ESPN/Fox/Listen to. Never conflict with me going to a game. Our games start at 7:05. Sometimes I have to miss the end of the basketball game but it's only like 2 or 3 mins.

The Steelheads season starts in early October and runs through early April. Their games conflict with Bronco Football games and Bronco basketball games plus Boise State Gymnastics. Most nights the hockey games are in town, there are also college events going. They have impacted attendance at Boise State.

I like the Steelies. Gives me something to do while all the bronco fans are watching gymnastics and wrestling.

Hey HerdZoned-
Do you think the IceGators will win their series now down 1-2? If they do it looks like the Steelheads will be their next opponent.
