Here is your new Top 5...and don't be shocked
1. Ohio State
2. Boston College
3. LSU
4/5. USF
5/4. Oklahoma
They will not drop LSU that much for losing on the road in 3 ot's
They still will not respect USF enough
And they could end up jumping OU over USF for beating a ranked team so it could be USF #5 and OU #4 and that is just how the voters roll now a days.

I could see this being the Coaches poll but AP Poll I would expect USF to be higher. The media loves them as the Cinderella story.
Now for the all important BCS Rankings that come out tomorrow don't be surprise if USF is 2nd or 3rd. Their BCS Computer Numbers are extremely high right now.

LSU is going to drop to, at least, #5 or #6. They're not going to leave them ahead of USF after USF is undefeated with two wins over Top 25 teams.

Perhaps, but I see this more likely...
1. Ohio State
2. South Florida
3. Boston College
4. Oklahoma
5. LSU
With Auburn winning again tonight, USF's win over both them and West Virginia will allow them to leapfrog BC, which needed a huge win over ND instead of the 'cruise control' win to stay ahead of the Bulls.
Cheers,
Neil

The sick part is that even if USF runs the table they will not get in the championship game.

Well, that definitively establishes that should the Bulls run the table they will be in the championship game.

Uh no, if they win out they would have wins over 5 schools that were ranked in the Top 25. They would be almost a shoe in to be in the BCS Title game right now.

My guess is USC, Oregon, and Cal will all be ahead of WVU. All of those teams will beat up on each other though, so it will be a moot point. UK may even jump ahead of WVU, which just sucks too. But they will lose again, so that too will be a moot point. I still don't see how Oklahoma losing on the road to Colorado is a better loss than WVU at USF allowing them to be ahead of WVU. Friggin' name recognition BS.

RE: Here is your new Top 5...and don't be shocked
This is going to be a tough day for the voters. Ohio St will no doubt be #1 although I don't think they are the # 1 team. To me that distinction belongs to USF. But will the voters move USF ahead of a undefeated Boston College team? Does Oklahoma jump to # 2 with their victory over #11 Mizzou? Will WVU, Oregon or South Carolina move ahead a unimpressive USC team that once again struggled at home against Arizona?
1. Ohio St.
2. USF
3. Boston College
4. Oklahoma
5. LSU
6. South Carolina
7. Oregon
8. West Virginia
9. USC
10. Kentucky

West Virginia should jump South Carolina. But it won't happen, I bet. But they didn't look like a top 10 team yesterday.

Not every team in the Top 10 is going to play like a Top 10 team on a consistent basis. S. Carolina has played very well this season and I don't see a WVU team that didn't play yesterday jumping them. I do think that USC could drop a spot because they were simply awful at home yesterday.

South Carolina never should have allowed a very bad 2-5 North Carolina team back into the game. They should drop a spot or two.

And USF should have never struggle with FAU. It happens. UNC is also playing much better now than they were at the beginning of the season.

UNC would finish 5th or 6th in The BEast. I figure they'd finish ahead of Pitt and Syracuse. But the rest of The BEast should be able to handle them.
