Why haven't Pitt fans risen as one to demand Wannstedt's firing? This is pathetic from a Pitt and Big East standpoint.

Big East fans touted their conferences' 24-9 (or whatever) record, but all of those wins came against non-BCS conferences or the doormats of BCS conferences, except for USF beating Auburn.

The Big East really isn't ready for prime time. sheesh.

Usually, folks do this to make a fan base look bad. But the imo, Ucf fans have suceeded in doing this all by themselves on this BE board.

But Pitt had like 7,000 chances to win the game, and possibly buy a "Stay of Execution" for Wanny until the season is over.

I agree, mods should have banned this dude long ago. He's not contributing to discussion, only playing at 7th-grade smack talk. Crap like this is exactly why other boards have died, and people stop posting.

I would 3rd that... not that I'm against EnterSandman or anything, but I think it is time to get a few more mods over to this board.

Actually, there is shame in losing to Navy for Pitt. With the supposed talent on that team, there is no way Navy should have been able to stay with Pitt. That's a travesty, and Pitt fans deserve better.

The fact is that Wannstedt's coaching abilities just aren't up to the task. They never have been. I've said this all along, and nothing has happened to change my opinion in the least.

Fire him? They never should have hired him in the first place.

The most ridiculous thing is we already had a very long thread on the Pitt-Navy game. Why couldn't he/she just post in that thread?

Stuff like this is nothing but the mark of a lonely loser looking for attention. It is ridiculous that some people can't make normal posts.

The reputation feature is nice but worthless when it comes to being banned. I suggest people taking a quick second to hit the "Report this Post" button as I just did and write a short note to suggest this idiot being banned.

We've been told explicitly by a moderator on here within the last 4-6 weeks that several others were finally banned because they were tired of receiving messages about the same person. Perhaps only a few hitting "report the post" doesn't add up to much until others do the same.

I would say that you guys probably need some Big East specific mods to watch this board. I'll see if I can't drum you up some assistance.
