OK, about a year ago he planted the seed about a new stadium.

Over the past year and a half local movers and shakers have been in secret talks (much like the Grizzlies) with the Seahawks about moving to Memphis.

The city is going to build a $350M stadium at the new SportsPlex (formerly knows as the fairgrounds).

OK. so maybe not.

He's going to tear down everything at the fairgrounds except LB and move the campus there(problem solved), and the first event will be an exhibition tennis match against Burt Sugar to raise money for hatershakin.org.

Oh. My. God. UMBG was right! We've stolen the Seahawks, and Qwest Field (formerly Seahawks Stadium) will be demolished -- making way for a stadium for the Sounders' MLS expansion team -- and rebuilt exactly to specifications at the fairgrounds:
