Jermaine Maybank
Will fill another scholly for the 06 class. Transfer from St. Johns who already got his degree. He will play under the new rule that just came out this summer that allows him 1 year of eligibility at any school that he enrolls in grad school at. There have also been rumors from rivals of another big time player to fill the final scholarship for 06.

I am not putting any great faith in the kid's ability to see playing time, but yes, it is another warm body, and the scholarship would have gone vacant had Huggs not filled it. And anyway, the point guard situation is the one that is starting to worry me...

I watched Maybank play in the open gym on Saturday. He's seems like he probably won't do much do wow anyone, but he could certainly be a solid role player.
