When is the BE losing it's BCS bid?
I can't remember when exactly all the CUSA folks said it would be, but i'm sure it's supposed to happen any day now...

I wrote that on the C-USA Board talking to the idiot Yune. BTW that also counts for being 2-0 in BCS Bowl Games.

I don't know how Big East isn't top 3 conference next week .....not the Big Ten......not the Big 12 , not the ACC.

What is even worse for CUSA is that the Big East still has 7 undefeated teams while CUSA has zero by the second week.
Its going to be another very long year for CUSA. Loosing to Sun Belt schools in bowl games again.
CUSA does have some really big stadiums though (like it really matters).

I wonder if Craig Thompson and the MWC are so quiet? Didn't they say they deserved a piece of the Big East's BCS bid?

They are busy arguing with the WAC about who's a better conference. Wow is Karma a *****.

There were only a few idiots who said that, but you you can keep the chip on your shoulder if it makes you feel better. Big East fans and supporters deserve to be very proud of what the conference has accomplished. However, I really don't comprehend the schadenfreude directed at C-USA. The ACC maybe, but not C-USA.

As a UC fan I really enjoyed our rivalries with the CUSA teams and have no ill will towards them. I'd really like to see CUSA be the strongest non-BCS league.

I agree but I think the guy making those comparisons is a MAC fan?

I'm sure they plan to 3601. It makes them feel so good.

I like C-USA and hope they do well, but let's not engage in revisionist history. It was more than a "few idiots" that predicted with joyful glee that the BE would land on it's rump and lose it's BCS bid. Any time there was an article criticizing the BE, it was posted on the CUSA board within seconds. BE fans were constantly defending our league and saying we'll be A-OK. I don't think saying "I told ya so" should really be considered schadenfruede directed at CUSA. Nobody here is really happy about CUSA's struggles.
As others have mentioned, we enjoy the ACC's struggles much more
