Just to piss off TS2 even though he will probably never look at this thread because it is NOT expansion or split related congrats on beating the SOFT @$$ TarHoles and hopefully one day if the situation is right you can become members of the Big East.

Big East... 04-cheers

I wonder if people will start saying Auburn is a lower division SEC team the same way they said OSU was a crappy Pac-10 team just because UC destroyed them?

trust me its already starting but pay no attention, that auburn team is good, their qb is horrible but everything else is solid, the defense is second to none.

I agree, Auburn has a strong squad. VERY impressive win by USF! Now the excuses that the Big East doesn't beat quality opponents and ranked opponents should end after what happened this week!

sadly no, can't take the chip off of our shoulder yet, next is "a big east team will never win a championship" crap. we're improving but the haters will always be there count on it.

This win is big for the USF program. As Tim Brant called it, a program maker.

The USF Bulls are indeed in town and ready to serve notice.

I was jumping around to several different games and one of the announcers of the other game made the comment that the new Big East just continues to make statements about their quality when the USF -Auburn score of 14-3 was shown. People are noticing.

great win by USF...also nice to see a few Bulls fans in the staduim last night....USF might be the most complete team in the BE right now with that defense being the difference maker

Great win by USF...I was pumped to see the score. I think this goes to show ANY BEast schools NEEDS to take up an offer to play a BCS school when given the opportunity. I believe Louisville was offered this game but didn't want to take it since they wouldn't get a home game in return. Taking these games will help build up our reputation and if we keep winning and putting up a fight, we'll earn more games in the future!

No way a BE team should be playing buy games, Orange. I don't blame UL for not taking it.

I dont belive UL was ever offered this game. USF had signed up to play this game even before we joined CUSA.
With that said, I dont think BE teams should have to play these games without a return trip or at least have it at a neutral site.
USF STILL has two more of these games scheuled playing Florida but have pushed one game back and I have a feeling we might only really play them once.

Auburn thought it was going to be a cupcake game when they signed the contract.

Those hilites were great Mike. I kind of felt sorry for the Auburn qb. The kid was hit so hard and so often that he started to squinch everytime that he threw the ball. He was under a great deal of pressure all night. The Bulls have an awesome defense.
