It is from the Hal Turner radio show, whatever that is. He has some pictures and videos of the actual coins.

The pictures of the coins that he has are supposed to be proofs? They look pretty beat up to be proofs.

They look cheesy and ugly. Of course, the Euro is not a bastion of beauty either.

John Hawkins is one of the few to dignify this conspiracy theory with a response, he does a pretty good job.

and his site:

this thread would be alot more interesting is Endzone wasn't banned.

in related conspiracy stuff, check this out for entertainment value. the Liberatarian Candidate for President in 1988 on the Robert Downey Jr. Show, accussing the Bush and the CIA of dealing drugs among other things. amazingly enough he's actually calmed his nuttieness down since 88', his arms use to fly around in the air while screaming.

RE: The Amero....
Plus, if we're really going to merge with Mexico and Canada, can we please think of a better name than North American Union? Lame!

Post your ideas here.

Here's mine:
Rooseveltopia (in 200 years Republicans and Democrats can argue about who the country was named after)
Xanadu (It means idyllic place, but it sounds badass!)
Z&qe$r!! (This way we can ***** about the inability of foreigners to pronounce the name)

We'll need a new flag, I think its time to design a new one.
Start with 50 stars one for each state. Add 10 polar bears for each province, and I guess 3 penguins (yes I know penguins don't live in Canada, who says they won't in the future? The new kingdom of Canamerico could offer some tax breaks to entice them to migrate here) for their territories. Add some tacos for Mexico, one for each state, or as they are known as in Mexico, each estada. Put all of this on a black flag with the jolly roger in the middle, so other merged countries know not to screw with us.

The biggest problem I see is crossbreeding Two Eagle, a Goose and Snake in order to make our national Animal.

Nice find, SouthGAEagle. I'm guessing we won't see a retraction from Hal Turner.

You should go to the main page of these things. Hal Turner's Bio:
Quote:An ardent Pro-Life, conservative, Hal enjoys a rather mischievous Libertarian streak--a dichotomy that confounds some. Until October, 2006, Hal was a Registered Republican but changed his registration to "Unaffiliated" after the GOP changed from the "Grand Old Party" to "Gays Or Perverts."

The change to Unaffiliated was also based his belief that the attacks of September 11 were "an inside job" accomplished via complicity from the government, the illegal war against Iraq which was fomented on outright lies, the shredding of our Constitution through the USA PATRIOT ACT and the Military Commission Act of 2006.

Do you really want to tie your reputation to his? (move over Observer)

I'm not tying my reputation to anything. Let me quote my initial post again...

Quote:I had a friend e-mail me this article, and I figured it would get some good discussion on here.

The Amero is real???????

See, I did not vouch for this article or it's author, but I thought it would be an interesting topic in the spin room, so I posted it. Just because someone posts something, doesn't mean that they support it.

RE: The Amero....
North Carolina Drivers Licenses have NAU hologram on them....

The first "North American Union" driver's license, complete with a hologram of the continent on the reverse, has been created in North Carolina.

"The North Carolina driver's license is 'North American Union' ready," charges William Gheen, president of Americans for Legal Immigration.

Gheen provided WND with a photo of an actual North Carolina license which clearly shows the hologram of the North American continent embedded on the reverse.

"The hologram looks exactly [like] the map of North America that is used as the background for the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America logo on the SPP website," Gheen told WND. "I object to the loss of sovereignty that is proceeding under the agreements being made by these unelected government bureaucrats who think we should be North American instead of the United States of America.
