What fair is it? And whats the website. I forgot it. My kids love to ride rides, and no, its not for the mid south fair.

are they red, white & blue & say stuff like "working to keep transfat legal" and "see you in the funhouse"? if they are, then they are for the mid-south fair.

I've seen some commercials for that. I might go if I can find someone to go with me.

I ventured to the big city today and took my 3 year old to the fair at the agri-center. It was ok. My daughter had a good time. It was no where as good as the mid-south fair.

Who decided to hold it during the same weekend as the Memphis Music & Heritage Festival (sponsored by the Center for Southern Folklore). Are we TRYING to have to choose between one or the other? Wouldn't it be better for the region to have both succeed?

My wife and kids went to the Delta Fair and had a great time. Very kid friendly and clean. Parking was well organized, however it seems that they staffed for a Monday and not a Monday that happened to be Labor Day so the staff could have been upped a little. They did have signs for employment to increase the numbers, that made me feel better since the recognized the problem and were taking steps to correct it.
