WPTY's first news broadcast - Greg Gaston 1st appearance on Memphis Television
I discovered Greg Gaston's first appearance on WPTY...

Greg Gaston is on towards the end

I forgot he's been their from the very beginning. I guess Brian Teigland is the last one left.

RE: WPTY's first news broadcast - Greg Gaston 1st appearance on Memphis Television
Man, those were so awful times for local tv news. The glitches that WPTY had when they first came on the air were unbearable to watch. My wife and I to this day name all tv and radio glitches, dead air, etc "Lynn Carthane" because she would look so frustrated after the various gaffes. It is hard to believe that was 12 years ago when the switch happened.
