This is already an ugly situation and its only going to get uglier.

The Lacrosse players know something bad went down and no one will own up. They could very well all end up in jail.

How could you cover up for someone who raped a girl? These guys are idiots. If this doesnt proove that dook academically, makes exceptions for athletes I dont know what does.

Jeez, chill out. They haven't even filed charges yet. All they have is a stripper that has accused lax players of rape and assault. They took DNA samples. When theres a link, or even a charge, then you can start spewing your typical Duke hate again.

He may be thinking that if they are guilty, then he doesnt want to be fired for being responiblity of his players. so he quit now.

Lacrosse Defense Attorney: No DNA Matches Returned

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Wade Smith, an attorney for members of the Duke University lacrosse team, announced late Monday afternoon that no DNA samples taken from the 46 athletes matched any DNA on the alleged victim and that he hopes Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong will consider dropping the case.

The announcement came less than two hours after the State Bureau of Investigation delivered the results to prosecutors.
