RE: Fish Fry
I would love to catch and fry my own but since I'm not that talented I frequent fish fries in the Louisville area. Everybody and their brother has a fry here on Fridays. Churches, scouts, little league teams, people raising money, clubs. People in Louisville love a fish fry and I've been to a lot of them. Is there anyone from Louisville who could recommend some for me?There is a union hall or club on Crums lane and a Chrch in the West End near 22nd and Oak that are my favorites.

RE: Fish Fry
The best freshwater fish for me would have to be salmon out of the McKenzie River in Alaska.
