RE: win/loss predictions
8-4 is okay, but I'll predict 9-3 plus a bowl victory. The W by BYU looks a little iffy. That game will show a lot about how the rest of the season will go. BYU and OU at Skelly! Back to back. That is awesome. I can't wait.

RE: win/loss predictions
I'll go with the 8-4 and a bowl game but I'm not that sure about the individual games until I see Tulsa play and some of the other CUSA teams. I think our defense will be pretty good and might have to carry us until we get the new offense going full steam. I have total confidence in Smith but even he has to learn a new offense as well as 10 other guys. That doesn't happen over night. You can never practice the speed of a real game and it will take some time playing real teams to get the offense like it should be.

The UTEP game was a big disappointment. We may have to settle for six or seven wins. I expected a better defense.

I have to give you credit for your predictions. You really should be 100% correct because TU had plenty of time to move into field goal range in the UTEP game. There was no reason to lose that game by a point.

I hope i'm wrong about the SMU game, if we win this it could put us back on track for an 8-4 season.

had we made that field goal @ UTEP, and SMU scored on 4th and goal from the 1, I would be 100% right now.
