What are the rules on NAIA recruiting?
I was just looking, King had 14 players listed on their roster last year, no seniors, but they signed 6 players for next year. That is going to be a really crowded bench or they are planning on some people not coming back next year. Anybody know what the rules are at that level?

There essentially are no rules.
Mothers and daughters have played together on the same team in NAIA. There's no age limit and I wouldn't be surprised if there were no scholarship limits (though I don't know that).

Since scholarships are annually renewable, maybe Pitts is giving a few players the shaft for next year.

That's a good point.
I won't call the players Pitts had at Science Hill thugs but let's face it- with all the JUCOs and such that team COULDN'T have been equal parts student and athlete.
So it makes sense that NAIA, which is more lax in academics, you might have some players who are here today and gone tomorrow.
When I went to Point Park, that happened all the time.
