No recipes on that site and you have to order a minimum of 4 online. I don't need that many!!

This might work:

Rendezvous Seasoning Rub Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup pepper
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp oregano
1 Tbsp celery seed
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp chile powder

Directions

Combine ingredients and set-aside.

Recipe courtesy Nick Vergos of Charlie Vergos Rendezvous restaurant, Memphis, Tenn. 2002.

Enjoy....

I don't eat ribs or pork besides very lean tenderloin but the Rendezvous rib rub is a hit every time I use it. Of course I use my evil empire gas smoker so I am cheating. lol
