LOST season finale
Any other diehard LOST fans on this board? It is in my opinion one of the most genius shows/concepts ever created...many people got impatient with Season 3, but the 2-hour season finale this past wednesday was unbelievable.

RE: LOST season finale
im with you....here is my theory

(evidence): Jack is in the hospital and says that "if they go upstairs and find his father and if his father is more sober than he is, Jack will quit" How can that be when it was his father's body that he went to get and that was the sole reason to be on the plane.

I think that when they get off the island, that they have gone back in time. That is why he keeps flying and hoping the plane will crash and that is why he feels that they must get back to the island. I think in the coming season/s we follow the cast trying to find a way back to the island. even those cast memebrs that have been killed on the island.

thoughts?

RE: LOST season finale
I think thats definitely a good theory, and i think youve got something with that. The only thing that makes me think it may not be true is that the show's producers have repeatedly stressed that time travel does not play a factor in the plot of the show. Although this may be true, i think its possible that time moves at a different rate ON the island than it does OFF..theres definitely something odd going on with the way things happen with the human body on the island, for example wounds healing faster, one of those "others" guys (not ben, but the other important one) didnt age a single second from ben's childhood flashback to present time. Just some wierd stuff. Not to mention, desmond's ability to see the future and him seeing charlie in the real world playing the guitar was a bit odd. This all probably sounds like the most outrageous, ridiculous bullsh1t to anyone who isnt a big LOST fan haha!

RE: LOST season finale
LOST....
thank god charlie is gone. dude i hated this show so much and my roomie got so into it i watched it to mock him. then i downloaded the first two seasons. watched everyone this year and had mandatory lost power hours. this show is awesome

my thoughts
JACOB: the god like thing on the island was the black smoke cloud that killed Mr. Eko after he saw his dead brother alive, the strange appearance of Ben's mom in one of the flashbacks as well as the strange Walt appearance that Locke saw. now what it/he stands for i am unsure but i'm sure it will be awesome.

dude did u see the jack's flashback's were actually flash forward's??

oh and in the finale the casket jack saw was real small and i was thinking a kid died but then when kate said she didnt care it made me think it wasnt a child and that it was locke and he was returned somehow with jack/kate and whoever else and he was parylized away from the island again and cut his legs off

anyway enough about the sweetness that is LOST
