Heard he has offers from D-II schools but no D-I's. Had lunch with coach this afternoon. It was pretty good, but didn't talk much about recruitment. He said he was also worried about grades a little bit though. We'll see.

Striped Crew stuff. There's a big push for attendance this year. Any help we can muster will be great. If you're interested in helping out or just sharing ideas, that'd be great

Surprised to hear you guys think Morgan is more of a D2 player. You've obviously seen him more than I have, but I thought he showed great promise his freshman year.

Wish Andre the best. It wont hurt Kennesaw as much as it will hurt him to leave. Wish he would hve stayed though....

andre was pretty good, however he's one of those guys who likes to be the star of the team. u can just tell..nothing wrong with that, i mean he is good enough to play d-1 ball, but he'll never be good enough to be the best player on the team. he's better suited for a d-2 school where he can be the star. In highschool he took advantage of his size for a guard and blew by the competition, he'll be able to do that at d-2.

RE: andre morgan transferring
The problem that Andre is going to run into though is that DII guards are very good. The biggest difference between DI and DII is the size and skill of the post players. In fact it is very likely that he will run into bigger guards at the DII level ... they might be less skilled, but there are a lot of big-guard oriented teams in DII since the post play is usually a weakness.

All in all though I think he will regret deciding to move on. I think all that playing time his freshman year might have given him a false sense of what kind of player he was. He had some really good games for Kennesaw last year, and I think he would have helped us, but yall are right in that he was never going to be the star. Hopefully he finds a good team to play on....

RE: andre morgan transferring
yea i think he's going to regret it in the long run. i mean he barely started last year and this year he would of been our 7th man. i mean regardless though, ur getting decent minutes at d-1 level playing big names schools, i wouldnt trade that for starting at a d-2 program.

he would of helped our bench play a good amount, but it wont kill us that much 2 see him go. dont think he realized that his freshman year team was a makeshift team. and as good as our recruiting class was this year, next year will be better cuz the probation period wait will basically be over.

nick: do u know what d-2 schools offered him?
