Endzone2 Wrote:I mailed it Friday afternoon DrTorch. I went to the Bellevu, WA post office, and it was almost pitch black except for a small light they had running on a battery or something. They were only taking cash and it cleaned out my wallet--I still had to go to the car to get some quarters. It's coming to you by priority mail. The blackout up here is like nothing I have ever seen. They finally got the power back on tonight after it had been down for three days. Enjoy.
Thanks Endzone. You didn't have to go through all of that, I certainly could have waited. But thanks for the extra effort.

This guy had dirt on every freakin rock band. From the beach boys to Rush. It was amazing. He gave a five minute presentation on P&G.
As a Rush fan, I know exactly what you're talking about. Neal Peart's bass drum had a 6-pointed star on it. It was an idiotic stance to take.
...and I'm a Christian.
No not Rush!
Neil Peart is Hardly a Satanist. (Having done considerable work under the auspices of the PENTAgon, I would expect RebelKev to know that a 6-pointed star is not a PENTAgram). Peart is fairly well known as an admirer of Objectivism , though the wikipedia page quotes him as saying "I am noone's disciple". Ayn Rand's influence is clear in a number of songs and albums, though, including "Spirit of Radio" and "2112".
Please check out the links, RebelKev.

I didn't mean it was an idiotic stance for Peart to take. I meant it was an idiotic stance for CHRISTIANS to take.

BTW, I meant 5-pointed. My bad dog. I just remember all the hoopla surrounding the set. I also remember all the BS about the Temple of Syrinx.

Not too many Rush fans around these days. They are before my time, but a very good band.

Dr. Torch I went to the Bellevue, WA post office today, and I found the pacakage that I had mailed to you last Friday. Since the clerk there put stamps on the box (no electric that day), the post office kicked the box out because of the rule that no pacakage over 1 lb can have stamps--even though I took the box to the post office and the clerk put stamps on it. So, to make a long story short, they put a postage label on it with their machine and it should now be on its way.
Regards,
EZ
