Mike Vick is going crazy!
After throwing a career-high four TD's last week, Mike comes back with a 20-29 effort today with three more touches and no picks. QB rating of 140.0. Falcons win in Cincinnati over Ocho Cinco's Bengals 29-27.

Who Dey!

Vick is exceptional, I cant believe the amount of criticism he gets, all he does is win football games. He's unlike any other QB in the league, stop comparing him to everyone else.

he's the most unique player of all time. unfortunately, i just don't see him being able to win a SB without learning how to be a QB, i.e. reading coverages and blitzes. The question is, has he really turned the corner? i mean, the giants ate him alive and all of a sudden he's learned how to be a QB? Give it a few more weeks. If he truly has taken that next step, then the rest of the NFL better watch out.

Our defense ******* sucks. Tory James should be in the CFL. Palmer has played like sh*t the entire year. He missed Chad when he was open numerous times. Chad came to play the loss is on Palmer and the D. But yeah, vick was incredible today.

If you ask me Vick proved that he has what it takes when he became the first person ever to win a playoff game at Lambeau. He will win a superbowl before he is done, there is no doubt in my mind, even if he has to wait till the end of his career like Elway.

like you said, he wins games, and because of that, people should lay off the hate a little. The fact is, if the other team keeps him in the pocket, he needs to learn how to read the defense and put touch on his passes. Until he does that, teams like the giants and eagles will continue to scheme and beat him.

do you think you guys jumped the gun a little? vick was back to his old self today. 17-32 163 yds, 1 TD, 2 int (though one was the very last pass, so it doesn't count).

Seven dropped passes didn't help his cause.

He won't play like he did against the Steelers and Bengals all the time, but he's definitely improved. Even today, though he wasn't as sharp, you could see why he's been so successful the last few weeks. He looks like a different guy throwing the ball.

I take back everything. Vick is as inconsistent as ever. I should have known better.

i love saying i told you so. As crazy sports fans, we all tend to jump the gun on these projections. Remember when jamey wright was pitching well earlier in the season and i said he looked different, and you told me to be patient? Looks like you were right about that one.

Yeah, it's easy to get too enthused when you're a fan. When you don't have the emotional attachment, you can look at things more rationally. I still should have known better, though. This is what Vick has done for six years. Dan Marino one week then Dan McGwire the next.
