My great Uncle died from a brain aneurysm a few years ago. Its something that just happens pretty much randomly. Pretty much impossible to predict or prevent. Very sad.

An Aneurysm is basically a ballooning of a blood vessel, sometimes it will even burst, I believe my Uncle experienced a headache and dizziness/light headedness. Im really not sure what the level of suffering is.

Im no doctor, but yeah I guess a relatively healthy person can have an aneurysm, it probably has something to do with high cholesterol though, im not 100% certain. People who are generally healthy can have undiagnosed cholesterol problems though, a lot of it is genetic.
