If Robinson is gone, who does FSU get to replace him?

Early indications point to Nolan Richardson, the 40 minutes of hell guy.

Johnny Dawkins is getting big talk about being a candidate for the job. I'd hate to see him leave Duke but I think he'd bring Florida State around! Richardson is gonna be a "hot potato" like Knight was for a while. I don't think any high-profile PC type of place is gonna go after him until he cools off a little. GO Duke

If K wants Dawkins to have it, it is his. Would he be as "good" as Quinn and Tommy?

An AP article says that "possible successors include Richmond coach John Beilein, Tennessee Tech's Jeff Lebo, Davidson's Bob McKillop, Western Kentucky's Dennis Felton, Winthrop's Gregg Marshall, Hampton's Steve Merfeld and Florida assistant John Pelfrey."

Easy on Quin and Tommy, both are still in their youth. Remember Coach K's record in his first 3 years?

I wonder if they would look at Bobby Lutz at Charlotte. The guy seems to be a good coach..

Lutz is a great candidate for that job, wasn't he on the short list for Wake or somebody lately?

Perhaps Winthrop's head coach? He's done alot with not too much.

The guy that will be first on Hart's list will be Pelfrey. He is a young hungry assistant that could come in and really work with the team. That, the new practice facility, and the renovation at Leon CCC should help.
