Cool little quiz on Slate. It's probably not of much use politically, but I was surprised at the accuracy of the results. Asks a few questions about a variety of things in pop culture to judge where you stand politcally. Worth the 5 minutes it takes.

seems to be the trend...about 3/4 to the right

It doesn't really ask any questions about your beliefs but about what you know about. If you knew that a 3 with wings was for Dale Earnhart, it gives you +10 points red.

Clearly not to be taken seriously.

I was also looking a little red, and needed to get out of the sun.

I guess knowing college football conferences, as well as geography in my own region of the country (U.P. of Michigan, Door Peninsula), helped push me into the red. :D
