11 million signing bonus and 1st 3 years pretty low (around a million). 1st 3 years also guaranteed.

When you have the #1 pick, you have that luxury of knowing who you are going to pick, and control the board from there. Browns did it with Couch and Courtney Brown. Vick I'm not sure was done before the draft.
