Swoosh, I have never seen Rocky.

Space Jam is a great movie.  It reveals the REAL reason behind Jordan's comeback.
i can't believe you of all people have never seen Rocky. You know so much about sports, and the Rocky movies are legend. You really need to rent it.

As for Space Jam. the movie wasn't created to "give the real reason for jordan's comeback." it was supposed to be a cute children's movie. which is what it was.
I know, I need to see Rocky. I also have never seen Raging Bull.

I saw some of it when I was young, and I hated it.

Maybe it was too 'mature' for me. But, depressing, nihilistic movies like this don't do anything for me. And I'd debate whether that makes a movie 'mature'.

I'm also not a big DeNiro fan.

If you want to see an interesting movie about boxing, check out "When We Were Kings" about Ali. It's documentary (so that may have excluded it from ESPN's list) but the story is so good, it doesn't need to be scripted.

I thought Ali was awful. It wasn't Will Smith's fault, he played the part well, but the movie just moved way too slow, I could barely stay awake for it.
