A Marshall fan talking about Ole Miss, whose claim to fame is about 3 NC's in F-Ball, when their claim is going to the Detroit City Motor Bowl.
Plus an undedeated season in '99 and our championships in the early 90s. And the 4th most wins of ANY team over the last 13 years. When was Old Missys last undefeated season??? Oh yeah about 40 years ago.
You must have missed my "I'm actually somewhat of a Marshall fan" statement.
Yes I did

If we were in your punk assed conference we would be playing for a the conference championship ever year...Yes our enrollment is small but we ahve always played in a superior league and always against schools with larger enrollments than we have. But we aren't scared, either.

You can't choose your family, but you can choose your friends.

Let's look at the friends Bowling Green and Mississippi have chosen:

Mississippi:

Memphis
Louisiana-Monroe
Texas Tech
Arkansas State

Bowling Green:

Eastern Kentucky
Purdue
Liberty
Ohio State

Obviously, Bowling Green is playing the tougher schedule.

I have no doubt at all that Bowling Green would wipe the floor with Mississippi this year. I mean, come on, Memphis?

Hey dobro, Ole Miss plays 12 teams this year. Compare ALL the teams they each play. Man Schad, that's as weak as your political arguments.

Here:

<a href='http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/teamsched?teamId=145&year=2003' target='_blank'>Ole Miss's Schedule</a>

<a href='http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/teamsched?teamId=189&year=2003' target='_blank'>Bowling Green's Schedule</a>

For better clarification:

Schad, sometimes it's better to keep your mouth closed and have people think you're an idiot than to open it and remove all doubt.
