this is the biggest travesty ever. Talk about the gov't getting into people's homes. I don't agree with their lifestyle but it's their life, and they have the freedom to choose how to live it. Bush and the rest of the gov't is pissing me off. Dubya is trying to ban gay marriage from a religious standpoint. what happens if you aren't christian? Are christians the only ones who are right?

If gays want to marry, or adopt a child, they should be able to, it's their life.

Don't look now, Libertarians, but on this issue I AGREE with you! :roflol:

Married couples should have legal rights! Period! Who cares what the pairing is!

And your point is. . .

. . .people are going to do what people are going to do, regardless of what the government tries to force down our throats?

Or you're too much of a goody two shoes to hit a bong?

I agree that gays should be allowed to marry, but I dont think that they should be able to adopt kids. It doesn't exactly seem right, and I know I wouldn't like to be the adopted child of gay parents

What happened to loving people for who they are, not what they do. Gays, bissexuals, metrosexuals, whatever. They all deserve the same rights.

Duh! My point is that saying "It's my life, I can do whatever I want" is lame.

yes, that's why drugs should be legalized.
Okay, so what if I want to murder somebody? Should that be legalized? Of course not, swooshy.

no, but their is a difference. Murder is the problem with murder. The problem with drugs is the small crime it spawns.
