Aww, come on, Cons. Let's see Bushie's military record. Any silver stars awarded in the TANG?

Where is the picture of him throwing all the awards in the Potomac and then turning his back on the military.

Not an accurate portrayal. Not even close, actually.

Yeah, don't be easily confused by the duplicitous behavior and claims of Kerry, a self-admitted war criminal; do your own research as requested by the very dim bulbs posing here as exemplars of all things liberal.

Kerry pretended to throw his own medals, which were in fact a friend's medals, but maybe, maybe, accompanied by Kerry's own ribbons, since Kerry's own medals remain in his office on display, a source of pride despite, well, all those horrible things he said about the standard practices of the US military in Vietnam (you know; everybody was raping and pillaging; earcutting and genital probing with batteries. Whew; they barely had time to avoid being killed by those agrarian oriented Viet Cong). But, don't get hung up on the truth or anything like "principles" when it comes to "Kerry"; you ever hear of "shifting sand?"

Quite an advanced opinion for a 12 year old who just read two pages on the Vietnam War after learning everything he needed to know about the late 60's and early 70's from watching "The Wonder Years" and "Good Morning Vietnam". Well done!

How about throwing your ribbons over the White House fence in protest of a war we didn't belong in that was killing your comrades in the military? That would be just a wee bit closer to the truth, don't you think? Oops, wait, don't answer that last question... :D

Face facts. Kerry is a bona fide war hero. The only thing more foolish than the chickenhawk Bush administration's vain efforts to besmirch his military record are the people who are foolish enough to buy their nonsense. Find another "issue", this one doesn't fly, and makes you appear as dumb as the look on Shrub's face when he gets asked an unscripted question.

Kerry cannot be trusted...He claims that his "family's" SUV is not his. He claims he did not throw his medals...And you want to let this man take power of the only superpower?

You're right, possibly lying about an SUV is a terrible thing. Much worse than, say...oh, I don't know, lying about another country to start a war that causes young Americans to die on a daily basis?

Or lying about running Harken into the ground, then saying you were exonerated from insider-trading when no such thing happened.

Where's Ken Starr when you need him?

The inspectors were there, and he must have hid the WMD's REALLY *&^%ing well!

Amazing that you can see WMD's, but can't find Bush's lies with both hands. :roflol:

How many years ago were they there? Why did they leave? Who would help Sadamm protect his cache? The answers are right in front of you, but you can close your eyes if you like.

The capacity for self-delusion among Bush supporters is both remarkable and astounding. The (P)resident's record speaks for itself, as does his entire history. Yet, you jump on whatever made up or exagerated negative item regarding his opponents that Rove and the boys float out for you.

Go back and look at the rationale for the war. Look at the evidence that was presented at the time. None of it holds up. It was exagerated and falsified to further an agenda that pre-dated 9-11. We were all duped.

And Bush said he wasn't so much into nation building, told us Iraq was a threat to our national security and told us we'd find weapons of mass destruction.

The semantics of the ownership of an SUV Kerry doesn't drive says *so* much more about Kerry's character.
