I've set up a couple of server's with apache, mysql, php, and perl... Go in trouble with my ISP, had to shut it down... :D I don't even want to imagine transferring somehting this size and have it go error free...

B/c they have scripts to help newbies that are 1.3 compatible.

I'm going to try and upgrade everything via apt-get... if that doesn't work, we may eat $100 to get them to upgrade it to Red Hat 9.0
