Is the driver OK? Was he trying to drive across the bridge when the bridge collapsed, or did he run up on the collapsed section?

I heard he walked away-maybe RAN away.

He probaly drove past the BIG sign stating ROAD CLOSED then called 9-1-1 for help!!!
