MSNBC reporting that democrat lawyers are on their way to Ohio. Kerry campaign plans to contest Ohio.

Clearly Kerry has no desire to put the country first, which isn't a shock to me. This pipe dream that the provisional ballots will make up the difference can only mean one thing. They feel they've got enough fraud in there to swing it back their way.

This doesn't shock me, but I still wish Kerry was man enough to just put the country first.

Like I heard on the radio last night, Republicans have a big advantage...Ohio supreme court controlled by republicans, along with the appeals court...Add a Republican governor and a republican Ohio Secretary of State...Plus Bush up by 130,000 allready with an estimated 175,000 provisional ballots yet to be counted...Wonder who will win?
