It's somewhat of an insurance policy right now. It needs to be turned back over to the individual. This is our money. Right now there is no law that says they have to give you a DIME of that money and when you die, it's gone. Even though it was put in by you to begin with. It's nothing more than a slush fund used by greedy politicians to buy votes. Democrats moved it into the general fund and Democrats increased taxes on it. Yeah, Democrats really care about the little guy. :rolleyes:
