My friend is having trouble registering, it continues to tell him that there are errors occuring in his username no matter what he puts in. It says that the username has already been taken, regardless of the vagueness of the name. I know for a fact that nobody has some of the names that we have tried. Can anyone help?

we tried it on 3 different computers. Mine, which has never had a registration problem, my mom's, and his. i have mozilla firefox and my mom has internet explorer. i'm not sure what he has. the names he's tried are: finalfourfelton, tarheelfan7, hippies (we wanted to use a random one that we knew nobody had), and others that i can't remember.
