I think Maryland has this game... Duke just didn't have it tonight.

It's in the books - 75-66. What a terrific job by the Terps to spring the upset, especially after getting embarrassed by NC State a couple days ago.

Duke cant run for 40 minutes. They dont have the bench. They cannot handle an off night from Dock (1 for 7) and JJ...Congrats to the Terps.

JJ-3 for 10 and 7 for 21. 8 t/o's and the refs only put him on the line 3 times..........
Duke 33% for the game. They finally played someone who did not back down. Life gets tough for Duke now. 5 of the last 7 ACC games are on the road.

Yep... I would be thrilled to go 4-3 over the next 7 games. Wake, UNC and GT worry me.

JJ needs to learn what his game is. It is NOT driving amongst the trees... He needs to learn to shake his man and pull up from 15. Ewing had an especially weak game, too.

That was one of the worst officiated games I ever saw; on both ends of the floor 03-puke

ACC officiating has been horrible for years. It was nice to see JJ not get away with his bs.

it seemed like every 2 minutes Mike Patrick was making some comment about what a Dukie player just got away with... and it was almost in a way that Dickie V couldn't do anything but agree with him...

Yeah, but by the time we play you, BJ Elder will be back, I think.

Doubtful. He reinjured himself, and won't even see a court until fully healed.

What would be funny is if we fired all the ACC refs, and then took the Big East's refs just to see Tranghese's (sp?) reaction.

Oh, and I hate ACC refs. Who hires these guys?

The statement that was made was about Duke, I think. They have a lot less talent this year, and will lose 4 or 5 more conf. games at least.

Go heels :)
