Temple's John Chaney, who, when he felt he was being done wrong, sent a self-described "goon" into the game to intentionally break the rules. He felt he was justified in doing this, because he felt he was being done wrong - the end justifies the means. In the process, a player is injured and his career is over. He has repeatedly apologized for the player being injured, but still talks about how his team was done wrong by St. Joseph's - in effect, he was still right, but his player screwed up by hurting the guy.

Same article:

Chaney avoids another distraction in returning to Cincinnati for the conference tournament. Last month, Chaney scolded the people of Ohio, the state that helped President Bush win re-election with 20 electoral votes, saying, "It's not the people I hate, it's what they did that I hate."

Once again, because Bush was re-elected, Chaney feels he was done wrong, and it's somebody else's fault. Never mind the fact that people are entitled to vote however THEY see fit, and don't have to run it past Chaney first; their actions are, in his eyes, despicable.

It's amazing how the words often speak of tolerance, but the actions are often 180 degrees apart. Amazing but typical.

What an idiot. I didn't vote for Bush either, but I'm not going to try to scold the STATE of Ohio. To be fair, did the republicans try to scold a state when Bill Clinton won twice? I think not. This guy is a complete dimwit. :stupid:
